Acceptable use

Do not use Fshare to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove any transfer and block access at our discretion, particularly in response to abuse reports.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Files may be deleted at or before their stated expiry, and we do not guarantee availability, durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fshare is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including lost files or data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
